Oxygen Advantage
Oxygen Advantage, developed by Patrick McKeown, is a breathing methodology focused on improving breathing efficiency, resilience, and performance under physical and mental load. The work explores how functional breathing supports health, recovery, and performance across both everyday life and demanding environments.
The Oxygen Advantage approach is currently being integrated into my work through The Game Changer Way.
