Game Changer

Tom Wickham is a coach, mentor, speaker, podcast host, facilitator, and founder of The Game Changer Way. Through Game Changer Coaching & Mentoring, he explores leadership, pressure, performance, and what it means to live and express authentically.

Tom's work has been shaped as much by life's defining moments as it has by elite sport, leadership, and business — including representing the Kookaburras, Australia's Men's Hockey Team, and competing at two Olympic Games. Today, that work has evolved far beyond performance alone.

At the heart of The Game Changer Way sits a foundational orientation.

Truth meets us where we are.

From that place, performance is understood as expression, leadership as the presence we embody, and life as something we get to participate in fully.

Tom refers to this as The Golden Thread — the essence we all carry. It is the thread that runs beneath noise, pressure, expectation, and identity, reconnecting us with what feels most alive, most authentic, and most deeply ourselves. It is where clarity emerges, truth is felt rather than performed, and where Tom describes feeling completely "plugged in" — connected to our own internal power source.

For Tom, pressure isn't the enemy. It's one of life's greatest teachers — revealing where we've become disconnected from ourselves and inviting us back to what is true. He believes clarity isn't found by escaping pressure, but by transforming our relationship with it.

Across every expression of The Game Changer Way, the intention remains the same:

To inspire people to live their truth.

Jake Harvie is a coach and mentor with Game Changer Coaching & Mentoring, working with leaders, athletes, and teams on what it means to perform, lead, and live from a place of clarity rather than force.

Jake's work has been shaped by a life spent at the intersection of pressure and presence — including representing the Kookaburras, Australia's Men's Hockey Team, and competing at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. Today, that work has evolved far beyond performance alone.

At the heart of Jake's work sits a simple recognition.

Performance is expression.

From that place, performance is no longer something to force or prove — it becomes an expression of what is already whole. Jake's work is not a toolkit for becoming more, but a practice of removing the distortion that stands between a person and their most coherent, natural expression. When state is clear, performance follows — not as something forced, but as something lived.

Across every expression of his work, the intention remains the same:

Because when we commit to being, the game changes.
