The Challenge
Challenges bring people together and build the Fund.
The flagship challenge is the Rascals Corner Ultra Loop — 140km in Ferguson Valley, led by Tom and Jake, with others able to get involved in their own way.
Other challenges can take place throughout the year — led by Game Changer or by individuals, teams, organisations and communities wanting to contribute to the Fund.
The Fund
Funds raised through these challenges build an ongoing pool of capital, increasing Game Changer's capacity to work alongside established communities.
Established communities can approach Game Changer with an opportunity for meaningful change. Together, we explore what is possible and where Game Changer can genuinely contribute.
The response is shaped around the community — from a funded Friendshop through to a deeper bespoke engagement. Game Changer stewards the capital and works alongside the community, drawing on a broader network of trusted people and professional expertise where needed.

For deeper engagements, we seek to build local capability and support a responsible transition, with the intention that what has been created can continue beyond our direct involvement.
