I have learned a lot about coaching and high performance from working with Jake over the past 12 months. It is a common ideal in sport to "keep the game simple" — but this is often expressed through several actionable steps, which can sometimes only add to a long list of "do's" and "don'ts". This can cloud player judgement and work against the very thing you are trying to achieve. Working with Jake has provided me with clarity in how I can allow players to express their unique talents free of fear, and create a fun training environment beaming with positive culture where each player can flourish. His approaches to coaching and mentoring are transferrable to all players and coaches, of all experience levels, in all contexts. I am already thinking about how I can apply "performance from a place of expression" in my classroom teaching practice. There is no doubt in my mind that I am a better coach and teacher having worked with Jake Harvie.
Working with Tom helped me see the patterns I was bringing into business, relationships, and life more clearly. It became less about pushing harder and more about understanding how I was showing up. That clarity has changed the way I make decisions, lead, and relate to the people around me.
I first met Tom at a business meeting he hosted, and from that first interaction it was clear that he was passionate about helping business owners succeed. I've known Tom 'TJ' for over 13 years now, firstly as a teammate, a friend, a mentor, and more recently I have worked with him in a professional capacity. Across every one of those relationships, he's been someone I trust and always provides clear advice.
TJ has a unique ability to see situations for what they are, cut through complexity, and help people make better decisions. He's always been someone who leads with conviction, but never ego, and genuinely wants to see others succeed. Tom brings clarity, structure, and accountability to challenges that can often feel overwhelming. On a personal level, TJ has had an extremely positive impact on the way I approach leadership and decision-making by challenging me and ensuring I approach all problems with a clear and methodical thought process.
From the outset, Tom wasn't going to provide me with "the answers". I had to become comfortable exploring my own thinking. Looking back, I realise he was gently reverse engineering insight through conversation — a journey we took together.
The discovery that has stayed with me? That I could choose ownership, responsibility and presence instead of reacting from old patterns and stories.

After a couple of sessions with Tom it was quickly apparent to me that he had a very different approach to high performance and achievement. There is a real focus on being the man you were destined to be all along. Not needing the outcomes to justify my worth, and living a life of connection and presence that I've always struggled to maintain.
Achievement without fulfilment is the ultimate failure, and I feel with Tom this is the problem you're going to solve — achievement and fulfilment. It's been a refreshing change.
Tom recently facilitated a one-day high-performance teams workshop with our whole team at Euro Technik, and he was a natural from the outset. He holds the room incredibly well, creating an environment where everyone feels relaxed, engaged and comfortable contributing.
Our aim was to build on the strong culture already present within Euro Technik by exploring high performance, team dynamics, pressure, responsibility and sustainable performance under load. Tom brought these topics to life through his passion, experience and genuine belief in the work. What stood out most was Tom's openness and vulnerability — he had great real-life stories to add context and is clearly very dedicated. Combined with his life experience and ability to read the room, this allowed him to adapt the day to what our team genuinely needed rather than simply following a fixed agenda.
The result was an authentic, thought-provoking and valuable experience for the whole team. We would highly recommend Tom to any organisation looking to strengthen its culture, deepen team connection and have meaningful conversations about what sustainable high performance really looks like.
I refer to and speak about Tom Wickham a lot. And what I always say is that I have not seen someone expand their capacity more than Tom. I could not be more impressed, prouder or more inspired by the journey of self-understanding he has taken, and the man that he's become as a result. He's taken his own pathway — and what he has become by looking inwards has resulted in a body of work being expressed to the world that is pure authentic genius. That genius is the Game Changer Way, which is a gift that has changed my life and has allowed me to inquire further and expand my own capacity, to open my heart, to live and lead from a place of love. To bring my truth into action and express that from authenticity. In turn changing the lives of others like Tom has done for me, and as I see the Game Changer Way do every day. It is something I will be forever grateful for.
I was initially pretty reluctant to start coaching, but after an intro call with Tom, I decided to give it a go. Four sessions in, I'm already wondering why I didn't do it sooner.
What I didn't expect was how much it would extend beyond just work. It's helped me think differently about how I lead my team and manage the pressures that come with running a business, but it's also made a noticeable difference to how I approach things with family and friends.
